Does taping help swelling of the lower leg?
If the lower leg has odemic swelling from sitting for long periods, would taping help to keep the swelling down after lymph massage?

It is debatable whether taping helps to keep the swelling down at the lower leg. You are working against gravity. Taping definitely works for the arm, it is particularly good for the hand. I suggest compression plus exercise, rather than taping, to keep the swelling down.
