All my treatments can be bought as a gift voucher. It's easy, you'll transfer the money, and I'll send you the voucher, by email or snail mail. Of cause you can also send a cheque.
We are following government instructions on physical distancing so we can't see clients at the moment.
We are now offering on-line sessions. We can do everything apart from the actual treatment on-line, obviously virtual touch is not quite the same. We can cover self-help techniques, such as stretches and self-massage. Many issues are eased by a chat and a few stretches.
Check out Touching Well's top tips.
Keep in touch (metaphorically).
Stay safe. With warm regards, Regina
Yes, I take cards. You can also pay by cash, cheque, balance transfer or standing order.
I am on Carlton Hill in Nottingham. My practice is a short bus ride on the lilac line from Nottingham City Centre with one minute walk from the bus stop. I offer secure bicycle parking. There is on-street car parking and a public car park. The car park is free for two hours, but you'll need to get a ticket at the machine.
I have a treatment room set up in my home. As a matter of fact we bought the house because one room in particular makes a wonderful treatment room. We have made the house more energy efficient with external insulation, double glazing, and, best of all, a wood burning stove. To find out more, click on the picture.

I can teach massage on an informal basis, which means that you organize a group of friends (minimum 2 of you) and ask me to teach you to massage each other. This will not lead to a recognized qualification, but is good fun and useful for easing aches and pains on each other. I can also teach for a recognized massage qualification (in conjunction with a colleague). This requires a lot of commitment in time and money from all involved.
All massage is sensual - after all, you are experiencing massage
through your sense of touch. But if you are after "extras", or a full body massage, don't
bother. The answer is NO.
Yes, you can. It will help you to settle into the pregnancy, calm
you down, maybe even ease your morning sickness. Of cause the massage
would be tailored to you at this precious time.
Unfortunately not - I don't think I can make that unfashionable look
go away unless I train as a cosmetic surgeon (even then I am
skeptical). While massage does not make the cellulite go away, it tones
your tissue, you get temporary improvements, and you will feel better.
Here are three things you can do:
You can contact me on 0115 8457113, or via the contact form. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you the thorough massage this morning. I feel a lot better in my right calf now and the work on my lower back was relaxing. Interesting QL on that

Regina really helped me to recover from my recent surgery. Very skilled and I was more relaxed than I have been for ages. Can only recommend. Thanks!
