Helping me achieve a normal life

by Rosie Kitson-Boyce
(Nottingham)

Following the completion of my PhD, I experienced a severe flare up of my fibromyalgia. Over the years I have tried most types of treatment with little to no improvement but desperate to try something new.
I found Regina through searching for Myofascial release treatments. The knowledge Regina has of the body and her ability to feel areas that need attention is amazing. She adapts to what your individual needs are that week and works at a level that is comfortable whilst still being effective. The treatments with Regina are enabling me to hold down my job as a lecturer for which I cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend a visit for anyone who has chronic pain and feels at their wits ends as to where to turn to next.
