Magic for tired shoulders

by Amy
(Nottingham (born in China))

I started to get stressed after long hours in front of the computer due to the deadline for my PhD thesis. I was in a a lot of back and shoulder pain. My housemate suggested that I go for massage as she benefited herself. The massage really did magic to my tired shoulders, neck and back. During the second session, we tried something I really like, which I think it is really suitable for me and relaxes my body efficiently. I had a really sharp pain point on the left side of my my lower back. I has gone since the second massage and it has not come back. It had been there for at least 10 years. I am so glad finally it can be fixed! If you are thinking whether you should try massage, my suggestion would be "give a go", within a couple of times, you will see the change.
