Myofascial Release

Yesterday I went for my monthly massage with Regina, only this time she offered me something new called Myofascial Release. Unlike my usual massage no oil was used. Instead Regina worked on my back and neck stretching the muscles. It felt good at the time and what is amazing is that this morning I have no pain in my back at all! This is for the first time in years and years. I can’t let Regina take all the credit though as I have long term back problems and also have treatment elsewhere, plus I do my stretches twice daily. However I really think the Myofascial Release has been incredibly beneficial. I would highly recommend it.
