Tsuboki Foot Massage

I have suffered with foot pain for many years & experienced conditions such as plantar fasciitis & tendonitis. I have osteoarthritis in my king toes & I experience alot of nerve pain/numbness in my toes, the top of my foot and the ball of my foot which is often swollen.
Is this treatment likely to help with these conditions or aggravate the problem. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you have had pain in your foot for many years.

Massage and myofascial release in combination with bringing the swelling down (with deep oscillation and manual lymph drainage) can bring some relief.

With best wishes,

Regina
